However, the neighborhood has been on a positive trajectory, and positive changes have been happening over the years. While you might come across some areas in various states of repair and an older Spanish-speaking population, it's worth mentioning that the neighborhood has been steadily improving. We prioritize your safety and are pleased to share that we've never experienced any issues with crime. Our previous guests have reported feeling safe and comfortable during their stays. If you're new to inner-city living or expecting a gated community atmosphere, this neighborhood may have a different vibe than what you're used to. The primary guest must provide valid government issued ID upon booking. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Smoking violations or presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. House-trained, groomed pets are welcome. Notify us about any pets during your reservation. Unattended service animals and ESA pets will incur a pet fee. Any necessary post-visit pest control or damage may result in additional fees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees.
