The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Centennial school district. The middle and high schools are both within walking distance. The house is also walking distance from Centennial Park and only 1/2 mile from Centennial Lake. Close access to Route 108, Route 100 and US 29. Grocery shopping approximately 1 mile from the house, and you're a 10 minute drive to Columbia Mall and the Hospital. Access from the garage to the space and the rear deck and patio is all handicapped accessible, including accessible bathroom and shower. The space is leased furnished as shown, but furnishings are negotiable. A small office and storage are available for additional fees. Laundry and full kitchen are shared with the house occupants, but the space does have a private kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave. Electric, gas, water and high-speed internet (accessed via wi-fi) are included in the rental price. No smoke of any kind is permitted inside the house or on the property. Pets will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will require a $500 pet deposit. Last month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. The first month's rent will be prorated based on move-in date and will be due on that date. One enclosed garage parking space is provided and included in the rental fee. Lease duration is open to discussion, up to 10 months. Tenant must keep the suite neat and clean, and must clean up after themselves in shared spaces.
