If evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from your deposit to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving. In the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees when leaving. Visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person for unauthorized guests. Parties are prohibited. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Please put the grill back in its original position and clean it after each use. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; feminine products should not be flushed. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, as only an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Trash must be collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage can; a $25 charge will apply if this rule is not followed. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Illegal drug use will result in immediate denial of continued occupancy. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
