Looking for someone to take over my lease as I have received a job offer out of the city. My lease ends June 30th but since you are taking over the lease if you want to live longer than that, you will get the option to. BENEFITS TO YOU...Weston Lakeside is great apartment community. If you sublease through me your $150 application fee will be waived.... The application fee is only $60. Depending on your credit there may be a security deposit of $200 or more but it depends on how your credit is. To be eligible you have to make 3 times the rent so $2,511 monthly or if you are used to yearly that comes to $30,132. There is a swimming pool, volleyball courts, place to wash your car, gym and a MOVIE THEATRE! There is a large walk in closet, a huge garden bathtub, and washer and dryer are included. It's very close to the elevator which is very convenient! It has a full fridge and dishwasher/oven, microwave etc. You are allowed to have pets but that would be an additional fee....I don't currently have pets so there is no need for you to have to do any major cleaning. Additional Monthly charges are Trash: $8.25 (not valet trash) Pest Control $1.50 Easy access to I-40, 540 and 440. Very close to Metlife and SAS insitute.
