The modern, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a coffee machine, a coffee grinder, and a large breakfast bar with granite countertops. Each of the three bedrooms offers comfortable beds topped in quality linen, wall-mounted Smart TVs, closets, ceiling fans, and USB charging stations. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and 43” Smart TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed with a dedicated workspace and a 40” Smart TV. Bedroom three has two twin beds and a 32” Smart TV. You'll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board. You’ll be just a short drive to St. George Street, Aviles Street, the Lightner Museum, and Flagler College. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring security camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in.
