About 100 W Read St Baltimore, MD 21201
I live in a studio in the professional arts building in Mt Vernon on 101 W Read St. the building is modernly renovated, luxurious, and super clean in a great neighborhood. I got it for a special deal for 1025 per month( it is 1200 without the deal). I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I am moving to NYC in June. It is 510 sq ft. The location is around the corner from the Washington Monument and the free Hopkins shuttle( You can be at Hopkins in 15 minutes door to door). It is in the historic Mt. Vernon neighborhood with plenty of bars, museums, and restaurants around. The area is very safe and I feel comfortable walking around even after midnight as there are people around almost always. The Inner Harbor and the Penn station are 10 to 15 mints walk. The free charm city circulator is also around the corner. I would be happy to sell you my furniture or I can take it with me. Looking for a move in date in early. mid, or late June. There is gym and a common area in the building. There are laundry machines in the unit.
