Well I stated at the 100 since last July and i must said i was a pleasure my last day is tomorrow September 4. What i love the most is that the maintenance man is on their job ever work Order i put in was answered the same day or the next never was a problem get stuff done that was need completed. And for Kristen she the BEST at the time she was my go to person who helped me move in without any hassle and now she the property manager CONGRATS on the promotion. But if theres a place to stay in McDonough 100 South is highly recommended.

I've lived at 100 Luxury South since March 2023 and so far living here has been great. The office staff is friendly, courteous, and very accommodating. The maintenance team is stellar! Whenever I've had an issue (which was not often), it was quickly addressed. It's also a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff does all they can to ensure that the community remains clean and the landscaping in the front of the property is beautiful! There is a monthly newsletter with great events which is also nice. Overall, this is a great place to live!
Our 4 years at 100 South have been amazing! We have really enjoyed our time living here. The entire staff, including the maintenance team, is top notch and we have always received great service and accommodation. The grounds are kept immaculate. Every Monday the maintenance team can be seen picking up any loose trash, and every Tuesday the lawn care team arrives like clockwork. It’s truly a beautiful complex and a pleasure to wake up to. Our only reason for leaving is our growing family. We have simply outgrown apartment living and need more space. We are so grateful for how responsive this staff has been, for the way they worked with us during hardships, and for their patience and kindness while we got back on our feet. If you are a responsible and communicative tenant, you will love it here!

The front office Team is pretty nice. There’s always coo gatherings going on for the tenants. Aaliyah who initially gave Me a tour of the place has been helpful with any questions I might of had. The people here are friendly. The pool is clean. I like it.

UPDATE: I’ve lived in these apartments a little over 90 days. Want to give future customers a heads up...if you need maintenance you’re looking to wait 2-3 business days. I understand things have changed due to COVID, but waiting outside(in the heat) to speak to someone is pretty Rude. At this point tell EVERYONE TO WEAR A MASK if you’re that scared don’t work stay home. They won’t allow you to use the business center. But Hey catch this the gym never has cleaning supplies to wipe down after your workout, and kids are always hanging out in the gym like it’s a playground..BUT YET THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO COME IN THE LEASING OFFICE(hmmm interesting). Also, future customer the walls are super thin. You will hear everything and I mean everythinggggg ???????. Management please don’t tell me to call you until all these issues have been Rectify!!!!!
The ladies in the office are extremely punctual and Maintenance responds much more promptly than i am used too.

I have not received a inspection in a whole year and my lock became defective 10pm on a Friday night. The whole tumbler and tumbler springs came out of the lock while trying to lock my door. My dogs were inside and I could not get in the apartment. I called the emergency maintainece phone and the trash guy picked up the phone. He hung up on me and I never received any help. I called locksmith and they were trying to charge me $300 that I didn't have. My boyfriend and I had to go to Wal-Mart to get a lock and a drill. I finally got into my apartment 5am the next morning. My dogs were stressed and messed up the apartment. They will not refund me for anything or loss wages.
This place not as friendly as they would have you believe. There are drug dealers and little thieves who roam around at night and try to break into cars. You may hear gunshots at times. They don't care about you they only care about your money. If you want to be disappointed move in and get stuck with mess. They are gong to rip you off with pure disappointment. The gate doesn't work most of the time and the pool is only opened about three weeks tops. You may get a buzz from walking your dog from the marijuana smokes in the breeze ways. Those speed bumps will destroy your car because they are way to high. The schools across the street will bring on more mess than a little bit. My AC unit didn't work during the summer and my apartment got up to 98 degrees on the third floor. ( I took pictures of the thermostat) My dog was panting like he was in the desert. If you can avoid this place DON'T MOVE THERE!! Going into the fall at the end of summer the trees will be infested with worms that will drop to the ground and be infested all over the parking lot. They will just drop and cover the parking lot and your car if it's under a tree. The monthly pet fee is new. They didn't charge that last year. New management with bigger bank accounts. Greed.
