Llenroc Welcomes Cornell students for 2025-2026 Llenroc (Cornell spelled backwards) is Ezra Cornell’s historic mansion located at 100 Cornell Avenue, just minutes from Cornell University's West Campus. The mansion has historically been the home of the Delta Phi fraternity, but starting fall 2025, it will be open for leasing to Cornell University students as off-campus housing. Semesterly leases are available at 5x the listed monthly rate plus a $300 common area cleaning fee. All utilities, internet, cable TV, cleaning service, and laundry machines are included. Two large community bathrooms and a commercial kitchen are shared among tenants. Parking is available.
