DANGEROUS BUILDING - DO NOT LIVE HERE. Lived here for 2 years, problems since day 1. Most recently and the final straw, neighbors will often litter on each others patios or balconies, there was a patio break in on my next door neighbor (PHPD was here, I also heard the entire commotion) and NO ONE WAS NOTIFIED. NOT 1 SECURITY NOTICE OR ANYTHING. Walls are thin, paper thin, barely insulated. You will experience noise like no other here, glass hallway doors leading into building will SLAM anytime anyone walks in. No one closes them slowly. You will hear it from your apartment. You will hear your neighbors argue. You will hear the garbage every M.W.F SLAM AND BANG the bins at 5am. Management is largely unavailable most days though when they are in you can see them talk down to the maintenance workers or outright lying to new potential tenants. Management does not come through on their promises. If they say you will get a parking spot in 5 months, they mean 10. Seriously, most people park in the century theatre lot. Extremely poor communication, every month there are plumbing 'repairs' that require you to vacate the apartment. Ok no problem maybe just 1-2 hours? Nope, try 8-5 and they probably wont even show up. Then they act like its your fault for asking them to give more notice. (They also purposely give an incorrect phone number to reach them at so you literally have no way of contacting because they will not answer after 4 PM and NEVER on weekends). Contractors they hire are clearly the lowest bidders. They came in to upgrade the plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen and the contractors not only chipped the bathroom floor by dropping something on it, they used personal towels to clean up after themselves (yes they opened our drawers and blackened our towels with grime from their work). The contractors will also park in your spots (if youre lucky to have one). This was brought up to management and all i got in reply was "sorry". Thank god I'm out of here, not a day too soon.
