Property Id: 1235852 Rear opportunity to rent this nice condo near the red line station and supermarket. It is a condo in a building with an elevator and it is a very friendly and very safe community. It has one covered parking space (num 51) 2 bedroom (1 bed 1 study, but study can be used as a bedroom). My tenants lived in this unit for more than 10 years until they bought their first house. That is how they love this location. Unit has washer, kitchen and center air conditioner. Attached pictures are not professionally made, tenants pack up their things so they can move out, light is too dark since it is a cloudy day. But it is very comfortable with center Air Conditioner/Forced Air heat, good size rooms. Also include a 2 min walking to a big supermarket picture. 1 min walk to a Child Day Care Center, near many other shops/restaurants. We keep this condo, since my wife and I love this condo, we will move back here 10 years later, when we are very old. Call or for more info.
