In the heart of downtown, you are steps to all that Newburyport has to offer with restaurants, shops, theaters, library and beautiful boardwalk and the Clipper City Rail trail that encircles the city. Our 10 State Street building is professionally maintained by onsite property management. Rent is $2,500 per month and includes all utilities. Unit has central AC and there is shared laundry in the building very close to this unit. No reserved parking but several municipal parking lots nearby as well as on street parking for a very low annual cost ($15). Required: -Application includes standard credit check and employment verification -First, last and security $7,500 total) Building has strict No Pets and No Smoking Policies. Newburyport is a beautiful seaport city located just 35 miles north of Boston, MA and 30 miles south of Portsmouth, NH with local access to the commuter rail, bus lines and highways.
