Pets are negotiable. It’s the perfect location. Immaculate, quiet, well-maintained. Coin operated laundry in the main building. Off-street private parking. Next to Kendrick city Park. All utilities are included. Electric must not exceed 100 per month. High speed Wi-Fi and cable are included. Secure Keyless entry locks on doors and a back up key box included. The owner takes care of snow removal, and lawns. Tenant has access to the use of the barbecue grill and utensils, patio and lawn furniture in the Rose Garden. Activity closet is also available to tenant. Camp chairs and tennis rackets, basketballs, etc. Concerts are in the park every Tuesday night June and July. Bike rack is next to the patio. Owner will store bikes during winter months. This location is perfect. It is right next to The park which grooms the trails throughout the winter. You are a five minute walk from the YMCA facility and the public library. The YMCA is top notch with an Olympic size pool, three gyms, two weight rooms, and multiple member classes. We are also within walking distance to downtown Main Street.
