Hardwood floors throughout with a carpeted third floor. You will have all three floors, so no one will be living below or above you. Owner occupies adjacent unit with a firewall in between which eliminates any noise. Laundry units available in the basement (non-coin operated). Ample street parking is available year around. Yard is available for tenant use. Utilities are not included, however new energy efficient windows are ordered to be installed in September. Water, sewage and garbage removal is included.
