Bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Complimentary starter items, including shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels, and seasonings, are provided to kickstart your stay. Building amenities include a roof terrace, a fitness center, a conference and business room, game rooms, and a converted bank vault lounge. Parking for one vehicle can be provided for an additional fee of $39 per night. Located in one of Baltimore's most sought-after neighborhoods, the Inner Harbor is a bustling and vibrant area. History enthusiasts can explore historic ships and museums like the USS Constellation and the National Aquarium, or stroll along the waterfront promenade. Foodies will appreciate the diverse dining scene, from fresh seafood at Phillips Seafood, Fogo de Chao, and Rusty Scupper to various food trucks. The Inner Harbor is also a shopper's paradise, with Harborplace shopping center and Cross Street Market nearby. Most attractions are a short walk away, with a transit stop just 1 minute away, Starbucks 6 minutes, The Water Street Tavern 4 minutes, and the National Aquarium 11 minutes. Public transport is conveniently located for trips outside downtown, and Uber and Lyft are popular for longer journeys. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but advance notice will be provided whenever possible. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability. A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in. Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy. Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival. While a peaceful experience is strived for, city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water or elevator servicing may occasionally occur; these events are outside of control and do not qualify for compensation. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on the building premises. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited, and only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit or building at any time. Pets are welcome by approval only; please message with pet details before booking, as building regulations may not accommodate all pets. Unapproved pets are not permitted, and if approved, a $1,000 refundable security deposit will be collected after booking, with any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning deducted after checkout. Guests must vacate the unit and return all issued keys or access devices by the agreed check-out time. Lost keys, parking passes, or other access devices will result in applicable charges of $200 per item.
