The bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board. Parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability. Package delivery availability may vary by building. This building is located in one of Baltimore's most sought-after neighborhoods. The Inner Harbor is a bustling and vibrant area with plenty of attractions and amenities to keep visitors entertained. For history buffs, the Inner Harbor offers a glimpse into Baltimore's rich maritime past. The area is home to several historic ships and museums, including the USS Constellation and the National Aquarium, which houses thousands of aquatic animals from around the world. Visitors can also take a stroll along the waterfront promenade, where they can enjoy stunning views of the harbor and watch the boats go by. Foodies will appreciate the Inner Harbor's diverse dining scene, which offers everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine. Visitors can also grab a bite at one of the many food trucks and vendors that line the streets. The Inner Harbor is also a shopper's paradise, with plenty of retail options to suit every taste and budget. Nearby points of interest within walking distance include a transit stop (1 min), Starbucks (6 min), The Water Street Tavern (4 min), and the National Aquarium (11 min). Most of what you are likely here for is just a short walk away. Public transport is right around the corner if you need to leave downtown. Most of our guests prefer to use Uber and Lyft for longer range trips. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed during your stay, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival. While we strive to offer a peaceful experience, please be aware that city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water/elevator servicing may occasionally occur.
