The kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking essentials and opens to the living area. The dining room table offers seating for 6 and the kitchen includes an eat in counter with two bar stools. The bright living room features a flat screen TV, pull out sofa, tile floors, and back wall lined with windows and access to both balconies. Enjoy your afternoon sipping sweet tea as you take in the view of the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system from either back deck. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony access, tile floors, and en suite bath with tub shower. The guest bedroom includes 2 full beds, a flat screen TV, private balcony access, luxury vinyl floors, and also an ensuite bath with tub shower. There is an additional full bath with stand up shower off of the entry which also includes a stackable washer and dryer. The Moorings complex, within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, is less than 1/10 of a mile to both the beach and the popular Dunes House outdoor café and bar. There is also an onsite pool that is open April through September. The Moorings complex is not equipped with elevators. Enjoy all that Palmetto Dunes offers within walking distance: The General Store, Trent Jones Golf Center, Hilton Head Outfitters Bike, Kayak, Surf Rentals and Lessons, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center as well as Big Jim's (Casual Dining) and Alexander's (Upscale Dining) Restaurants.
