An RTR is the security deposit for the home you are applying for and can be paid with a personal check, cashier's check, or money order and must be put down in our office at 2545 Ceanothus Ave. Ste #130 in Chico. Once we accept your RTR, you will have a hold on the home for at lease 72 hours while your application is processed. If and when the application is approved, the RTR check is cashed and you will be sent a lease. If for any reason the application is denied or cancelled before approval, the RTR is fully refunded. Note: Any application without an RTR attached is subject to lose first priority to an application that is received with an RTR.
