      Lived at this place for a year and it was enough for me!

      Very poor lighting in parking lot. Not updated apartments. The one i lived in the cabinets looked like they have been there since they were built. Almost every handle on kitchen cabinets were different. The patio door practically had to pull your arm out of socket to get it open. That was reported when i moved in but they said there was nothing they could do. There was nothing wrong. Couldnt even open windows in bedroom. Trash everywhere because no one seemed to know how to throw away their trash. Dog poop all over the courtyard. I didnt stay there. Just a storage unit for my belongings for a year. Pretty expensive storage unit.

      This is the most disorganised apartment complex i have seen! The complex looks like trash. No one knows how to put trash in the trash bin .Trash all over court yard.

      This is my second year at 122. and I’ve had no issues. It’s been a solid choice for me. It was rough for a while with the old management company. They were HORRIBLE!! But Heather at CJ Real estate has been amazing!!

      Renting 1 Twenty Two is a good option.

      Renting 1 Twenty Two is a good option. You can't beat the location and the price in comparison to other northern locations. Because of the previous manager, it had a terrible reputation for a while, but they cleaned up fairly well and eliminated the issue that was bothering people, and things have since improved. In the winter, my lease expires, and I intend to stay.

      1 twenty two is a decent place to rent. compared to other places up north, you can beat the price and the location. It had a bad reputation for a while because of the old manager but I they cleaned up pretty good and got rid of the problem causing ppl and its turned around. My lease is coming up in the winter and I plan on staying.

      I love this site so much

      I've met some really nice people in the dog park, and it's fairly peaceful here. The newly remodelled flats are gorgeous and modern. The patio area is perfect for gatherings, and parking is very handy. I've never had to fight for a position. I love this site so much!

      It's pretty quiet here at the dog park, and I've met several great folks. The renovated apartments are stunning and contemporary. The patio space is ideal for parties, and parking is incredibly convenient. I've never had to compete for a place. I adore this place!
