- WINTER RENTAL: Todd Cottage - Winter Rental Available: Oct. 1-May 31, 2024 This adorable 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage is located on a quiet lane in the Pigeon Cove area of Rockport. A storybook fenced in front yard with an arbor and gate greet you from the two-car parking area. The main floor of the cottage consists of a large and open floorplan with a custom granite kitchen, lots of windows, and a living/dining area with ceramic tile flooring. Up one step is a half bath which showcases some of the granite that makes up the cottage and a door to the charming backyard which includes a patio and rock gardens. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms with hardwood floors and a lovely custom tiled bath with a brand new, front loading, stacked washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have spacious closets and there is a very large linen closet in the hall. There is also a Mitsubishi Electric Split that provides both air-conditioning and heat. Gas is the main source of heat. One dog OK. First, last, & security deposit due at signing. Tenant pays all utilities with the exception of water/sewer. No smoking. No events or parties. No Cats Allowed (RLNE7669855) Other Amenities: Other (water/sewer). Pet policies: Small Dogs Allowed, No Cats Allowed, Large Dogs Allowed.
