The units are infested with mold and fleas. It is an on going issue and property has to know about it. They paint over the mold so unit meet move standards. It's no need to notified property manager of issues because nothing will be done. RUN!!

When we moved in we had no hot water heater, no AC, no heat, garbage disposal was broken, unit was not CLEANED after renovation. I've been here 6 months and have experienced every issue imaginable. Roaches, I'm talking FAMILIES of roaches. Floors with no support beams, bathroom fixtures that are non-waterproof, electrical hazards, fire hazards, exposure to dangerous chemicals, no smoke alarms in bedrooms, leaks, gaps between floor and skirting. I could go on. Skip this one.
Units are infested with roaches. Neighbors discard their trash wherever they feel comfortable. Stray animals all over the place and dead New York style rats ! And don’t have a maintenance emergency bc they will never come.
I moved into complex in July 19 neighbors and staff been nothing but nice and welcoming. Staff and Management also up to the task at repairing issues and keeping community safe and clean. With onsite Courtesy Officer and upgraded patrols from Gwinnett County Police. Also the rent is very affordable and economical. Will be renewing my lease when it's time too.
These are truly the WORST apartments I have ever lived in! Between trash being thrown everywhere to maintenance request not being handled. Currently the WHOLE apartments has been WITHOUT water for almost 2 WHOLE DAYS. How does the ENTIRE complex lose water? We can't wash our hands, flush toilets, take showers, nothing. With everything going on right now the is the WORST possible thing that could happen. I'm completely over this apartments. On top of that, someone was murdered here in January 2020 and they FAILED to notify us what happened. Just last week there was 10 sheriff's outside one of the buildings around 11pm. You couldn't pay me to resign this lease. This is completely unacceptable.
We started living here in August. There are so many issues, including health code violations. I would not recommend living here. Also when you speak with people you are told issues are going to be resolved and nothing was resolved. Also when you bring it up to certain employees that issues have not been fixed, you get threatened to get kicked out. Very unprofessional.
Best complex around.! My family and I were attempting to locate a apartment. We had very short notice and only two days to work with. They helped us as soon as we walked in and the same day we were able to get approved for our very new apartment. If you’re looking for some very nice looking apartments for a great price, The Fields Peachtree Retreat is the best place. The location is great, the pricing is awesome, and the staff are perfect beyond belief. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.!

All I can say is that Andre one of the Business Managers has been awesome, not only him also the other Business manager she was great made me feel that they have my back. They helped me to make this experience as smooth as possible no only that the communication was great the whole staff they are very nice they actually talk to you and see you as a person, not just another account. I recently moved into my new apartment. This is my first place so I had a million questions and the staff was very helpful and walked me threw the process. I can be a headache with the overthinking but they didn't mind all my nagging. I love my unit the color scheme is gray black and white very fresh and crisp. I have a fireplace very sexy and granite countertops. My mom house doesn't even have granite countertops but my apartment does lol. Very excited to have such a nice looking place. I did get a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom I only needed a one bedroom but I like that I can use the extra room as a guest room and to do my makeup for my YouTube channel. If you are on the search for a new place with nice finishing definitely check them out.
