Just a very short distance over the bridge by the waterfall to Meadow Mart and Birch Grove Bakery. No pets/No smoking. Efficient heat pump in living room and second floor bedroom for heat in winter and AC in summer. First month, last month, and one month security deposit due at signing of lease. The unit has a nice patio style porch with privacy. Available June 1st. Will begin showing the weeks of Monday April 20th and 27th.
