As a mom to three amazing children and wife to an even more amazing husband, one of the many joys in these roles has been to help them find and pursue their gifts and talents. Along the way, Ruth realized that she kept trying to encourage them to fulfill her own entrepreneurial bent. She helped her husband start a home school science tutoring business and a SCUBA certification and trip business, and the kids had quite the "poop scoop" operation going. When none of them wanted to expand their endeavors any further, they were unanimous in agreeing that it was time Ruth should pursue work in an industry that she is passionate about, and they would support her. That is where real estate came in. Ruth remembers being wowed at the thought of owning her own place and also providing quality housing for others when she hunted for her first apartment in 1999. After nearly three years of working in Minnesota real estate and over 60 transactions later, Ruth and her family moved to Conway, Arkansas to support their now college kids, continue her real estate journey through investing, and continue to help others invest in real estate as well as buy and sell primary and vacation homes.
