Enjoy a bright open layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV with streaming included, board games, and a dedicated work nook. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, spices, and a coffee bar with both Keurig and drip options. The king suite offers a plush bed and ensuite bath, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin trundle, both with quality linens and closet space. The primary bath boasts a walk-in shower and double vanity, and the second bath includes a tub/shower combo. Starter toiletries and towels are provided. The outdoor space features a fenced backyard with a private hot tub, patio seating, and a BBQ grill. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a fee, and baby gear such as a pack-'n-play and high chair is available with advance notice. Our duplex sits on a quiet residential street close to downtown Bentonville and world-class mountain biking trails. The Slaughter Pen and Coler trails are approximately a 5-minute ride away, and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is just 2 miles from the apartment. The Downtown Square, with its boutiques, cafes, and restaurants, is nearby, and a Walmart Neighborhood Market is only 1 mile away. A car is recommended for getting around, with one-car garage and driveway parking available. Trails start nearby, and ride-share and taxi services are also available. You can walk or bike 15–20 minutes to downtown. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, so please respect the neighbors in the duplex. There is an exterior camera at the front door for safety. Starter supplies such as soap, shampoo, paper goods, and coffee pods are provided, but please restock as needed. The driveway is shared, so do not block the neighbor’s garage or parking area. Communication is available anytime through your booking platform. Includes a dedicated work nook with fast Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included. [SI]
