This unit is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-unit building near Ann Arbor's Water Hill neighborhood. Through the unit door and to the left is the sizable bathroom, which boasts vinyl plank flooring, built-in storage, and a clawfoot tub with shower combo. The main area of the unit is a large living room with several windows, which allows for natural light to flood in. The kitchen has vinyl plank flooring as well as a full-size stainless steel gas range and mid-size stainless steel refrigerator. The bedroom has multiple closet spaces and a small nook. Free shared laundry is located in the basement of the building, which can be accessed from a building side door. Lawn care and snow removal is included in rent. There is no driveway at the property, so no parking is provided. Tenants are welcome to apply for a residential street parking permit directly through the City of Ann Arbor (landlord does not guarantee parking). Tenants are responsible for all utilities, which are billed back at a percentage based on the unit size and number of occupants in the building. No application fee. Non-refundable $95 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
