The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential kitchenware items to prepare meals during your stay, with a small table for two and two countertop barstools for seating. The unit includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower separating the two rooms. Through the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room and exterior access. Across the street is a walking path to the beach! Pets are welcome for a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants, this home is just a few doors down from The Sugar Shack. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged for convenience. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. Enjoy contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. Shared areas include parking and the yard. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. A rental agreement is required. If there is evidence of pet-related issues, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
