Terrible apartments
The community is trashy. They have a lot of people on drug that hang around there and or live there. Trash is always everywhere by the trash cans. You can barely get in touch with the people in office and the appliances need to be updated. The amount you pay isn’t worth the way of living in that community .

Soon Future Residents
It's very hard to get intouch with a lot of apartments here in Nashville. But I was so surprised when I called and there was a live person that I was conversing with and not to mention how nice they were. From the Ladies and the one Gentleman that I had spoken with. Unresponsive staff
Trying to get information about this place seems impossible. I've sent them multiple emails and messages but no one has yet to respond.

Nice place
Danny is a good guy. One time he put dish washing liquid in my dishwasher and filled my place up with bubble but over all he’s a good dude. No, I’m just joking. The staff is all very nice and friendly and I would suggest staying here!

I would like to take the time out to thank Mrs Peggy Peters that works at Whispering oaks for taking her job serious I'm from Jackson Tn trying to move to Nashville she emailed me back and returned calls and was very polite and friendly I really appreciate her

I'm disappointed
I like the staff, and my apartment is nice but I have one major disappointment with this apartment complex: the pools. They have two pools and neither one passed inspection so I'm told they won't open at all this year. Swimming in the summer makes me feel strong and healthy, and not to swim is a major issue with me and I told the staff this when I signed a lease. I was assured the pools opened on Memorial Day. Now I'm told both pools have "major structural damage" and need extensive repairs and will not open this year. Both pools? Makes me very suspicious and I wonder if they opened last year. I am so angry I wrote a letter to management and complained but got no response. My anger is twofold: One, they should have checked the pools themselves to see if repairs were needed and done the repairs before the inspection and two, now that they have failed inspection, they should get a contractor out there immediately to begin the repairs and get at lest one pool open. There has not been anyone working on the pools.Also when a tenant writes an email outlining a complaint they should at least give the courtesy of an answer.

My apartment I love it but I think it's so tiny but it's all I can afford for me and daughters. Times are hard and I wish I would afford something nicer
