Stadium District

The Stadium District neighborhood in the Seattle, Washington area prevails as a diverse neighborhood that encompasses multiple distinct areas that include lower Pacific Avenue, Midtown and the Stadium District. As a result of overlapping neighborhoods, Stadium District contains industrial and business areas that incorporate the Port of Tacoma. Stadium District has far more renters than homeowners and the urban characteristics of the area have become popular with young professionals.

Stadium District rests just over 30 miles south of Seattle, Washington and has Foss Waterway on the eastern border, Schuster Parkway on the northern border and Interstate 5 on the southern border. Although Stadium District has both business and industrial areas, this neighborhood also provides a solid school system, nearby parks and a lively community culture that adds to the allure of the area. Stadium District has plenty of nearby activities and attractions.
