The complex is clean, and I personally have wonderful neighbors! The apartments are quite big and I feel represent value for your money! When I have had a need for maintenance they show up within hours at all times of the day or night, with a phone call letting me know they are on their way! I will be extending my lease!

Don't move here unless you want to live without Air Conditioning or hot water. Myself and my son have been residents here for 5 days. Day 1 woke up to water pouring out of the AC soaking our boxes and floor, no hot water, and AC not cooling. Have had numerous maintenance requests being closed by their office or maintenance, but they don't fix anything. They claim they know what's wrong with it but don't fix it. Maintenance has been in our apartment 4 of the 5 days we've been here. Today we still don't have hot water or AC. I just opened up 2 more service requests, and I will be reaching out to housing. We are on a housing voucher. They require that the home is habitable and has proper living conditions before they will continue funding. When we applied was 04/10/23. The application process took nearly 4 months. They are very unprofessional in their application process, as well as the office staff numerous times throughout this process. They tried to force us into a 1yr lease, even though I applied for the apartment at a 6 month lease term. They more or less thought I was lying, until they actually checked. There are better low income properties. Don't move here. You'll regret it. We definitely do!

The staff are very friendly. I love living here. They keep up the grounds as well. I just wish people would clean up their pets messes. It's not that hard. It's sad to see people throwing their trash everywhere and the maintenance has to clean it up. Other than that I am very happy here.

My mother, Julia, has been a Villa Hermosa resident for several years and she is happy calling it home. She is an elderly, monolingual Spanish speaker and has always been treated with the utmost courtesy and consideration by staff and management. Mariana at the front office is bilingual and is always nice and helpful to her.. Villa Hermosa is located in a safe area. This apartment complex is close to businesses, restaurants and it is one street away from the freeway entrance. Thank you, Villa Hermosa!

It is a quiet community for the most part. Maintenance tries to keep it clean, residents need to pick up after their pets and control their barking but mostly it is quiet and clean. Neighbors are friendly. Children are courteous and generally watched by parents. We are fortunate to have gotten this opening. Housing is hard to come by.

Good deal
We lived at Villa Hermosa for about two years. It was honestly a decent experience overall. While getting paperwork signed and worked out at the beginning of our lease was a bit of a nightmare, everything after that ran pretty smoothly for us in building 7. I think we got lucky with the unit we got, because our neighbors were genuinely nice and the area was mostly clean. I, however, can say that other areas of the complex weren’t as nice and clean as our area. So definitely do a walk-thru to ensure you get into a good building. It should be noted that overall our unit was in pretty great shape and only had minor issues when we moved in. The issues were addressed and fixed. The worst part about living here was that the security gate was often broken, kids pulling fire alarms often during the summer, and unhoused folks would often help themselves to exterior wall outlets to charge their electronic devices without permission. We have also heard horror stories about cars being broken into and gas being siphoned. Luckily we never experienced that first-hand.

Villa Hermosa is THE place to be at! It is located in a nice area of the city, near the freeway and close to stores, banks and restaurants. I love where I live live everyone is so nice it's very quiet I love the trees the shade in the fall I love the different colors of the Ieaves it's a nice place to lIve at. Villa Hermosa Community is well kept up. It is not run down. No graffii written on buildings There isn't broken cars parked all over parking lot. Cops are not needed to be called everyday for crime. Me and my son feel safe here. The apartments are within walking distance to shopping and easy access to freeway if needed.

Great community!! Not much parking which sucks if we pay the amount we do for rent. We should automatically get a reserved parking in our area.

We have Lived at Villa Hermosa for 2 Years already. We have never had an issue that didnt get resolved right away. The office staff are wonderful and caring. The Maintenance Staff is professional and Awesome. We loved our experience living at Villa Hermosa!!
