I have loved the apartment here the most out of all 6 apartments I’ve have lived in. The only reason I took off a star is due to the construction all around and the new buildings next door. When I moved in it was quiet and a field with trees and now it is much busier and built up. Otherwise, great place to live!

We sure are enjoying our Home at The Reserve At Johnson City !! The neighbors are very nice and whenever you stop in the office Katrina , Katie and Tedi are there to make your day better !! The coffee and snack stand is filled with great treats and then we get to take a break and shoot some pool before we get to head to the carwash that is on our property and have a clean car !! As long as we have a stocked refrigerator there is no reason to leave the property ! The pool is getting resurfaced and is looking beautiful !! Later the smell of hot dogs on the grill and overlooking the mountains is on our schedule. What a GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME !! AND...SHOUT OUT to Danny and Jerry for keeping the grounds looking GREAT and if you need anything ...they are there to fix any issues that you may have !! Thank you to the RESERVE for BEING SO AMAZING !!

The management staff has been very open and straight forward when I had questions. They are polite and eager to help. They have common sense rules and stand by them. I was in a corporate apartment here and they have made it very easy to move to my own. The neighbors have been nice and it seems everyone gets along well. There was a HVAC unit that smoked one night and several fire trucks came to check. I would rather extra than not enough. I appreciate everything they have done. Thank you.

Do not move here. There is ongoing construction of new apartment buildings surrounding the existing complex until late 2026. The construction starts by 7:30 am and continues until 6 PM, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!!!! There is beeping, banging, and explosions. The management team is awful. They refuse to give any status updates on the construction or acknowledge that it is impacting residents. Living here has been a nightmare.
Great apartment community. Grounds are beautiful. Management team and maintenance staff are right on top of everything. Everything is taken care of at a timely manner. It’s great place to call home . I love living here . Only complaint I have are noisy neighbors. Very disrespectful . Management does address issues right away which is excellent. Everything is close to the apartments

I have lived here a few years now and enjoy living here. The amenities are great, the office management staff are wonderful and the Maintenance team are excellent! They are punctual and know what they are doing. The Reserve is centrally located to grocery stores, hospitals, post office and restaurants. Thank you to The Reserve!

Only living here about three weeks so far I really enjoy it. Everyone is friendly and nice. It’s quiet. It’s a really sweet community. My son really enjoys the gym and I’m sure we will love the pool come summer

Overall, very satisfied living here! I’m thankful that I have quiet neighbors and although there are often things that need to be fixed around the complex - The maintenance team is amazing and they’re always working hard and get things done quickly. It’s a great location too.

AMAZING, very quiet, neighbors are awesome, office and maintenance folks are great. The grounds are maintained to a very high standard. Extremely pet friendly and the coffee bar is perfect.
