The Lofts is one of the most convenient places I've ever lived. The management is always helpful and friendly. Th maintenance crew is friendly, professional, and always has been very quick to respond to any call I've ever made. I'd have to say that they are also the most pet friendly place I've ever lived. There is even a dog walker that lives in the apartment community! The community has easy access to 422 and 76 as well as Valley Forge park. I honestly would recommend The Lofts to anyone that is looking for an apartment and has pets!
I have lived at the Lofts at Valley Forge for about 14 months and I couldn't be happier. Beautiful property, peaceful setting, gorgeous trails and river. The management and service is outstanding and the common areas and property are very well maintained!! If you love healthy living and pets, this is the place for you.
My wife and I needed temporary housing while we searched for a new home in the Philadelphia area. The management team at the Lofts at Valley Forge were extremely helpful and accommodating to my family. We really enjoyed all the perks that the Lofts had to offer such as the gym, community center and the fantastic pool. The location couldn't be better with access to all major highways, KOP mall, Vally Forge National park and the Schuylkill River Trail right outside our door! The maintenance team were super helpful when we needed anything for the apartment. Great views of the river, pets welcome and friendly tenants, couldn't ask for more!
It has been a very enjoyable experience living at the Lofts of Valley Forge. The location is great - easy access (within mins) to major highways 422, 202, 76 and 476. King of Prussia Mall, Costco, Walmart,Trader Joe's and grocery stores are all within a few miles from the Lofts. If you like outdoor activities like me, there are plenty to do here. The complex is surrounded by biking trails and Valley Forge National Park. Some residents even own a kayak and leisurely riding along the Schuylkill River after work. The buildings (Clubhouse with big screen TVs, Fitness Center, hallways) are all well-maintained. This place is also pets friendly, people socialize with each other when walking their dogs. There are plenty of parking for residents and guests (even coming home late at night, never had problem finding a spot). What I like most about this place is the friendly staff and residents. From maintenance to leasing office staff, they are all very pleasant and helpful. The only negative thing I can think of is there is not enough closet space, you may need to get some portable closets if you have lots of clothing, etc. Overall, I am one happy resident. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for apts in the western suburb areas.
During this recent flood, I was so impressed with the dedication and hard work of the staff and maintenance people! They were there through the night and working 24 hours until the emergency was over, and then still more dealing with clean up round the clock. They had very little notice, but did the best they could to ensure the safety of their residents, answer questions, hire more help, and coordinate with emergency equipment. The location is great as you can connect with nature and yet are so close to shopping! We were living temporarily and had a moving target for a move out date. The management was amazing to help us with our unique situation. Thanks guys! You are doing great!
Great place to live if you are an active outdoors enthusiast or have a pet. Also, the property and maintenance management are outstanding.
I have lived here for 4 years and am sad to be moving away from the Lofts! First, the location. Although the Lofts is tucked away next to the river, and Valley Forge National Park, there are plenty of stores, dining establishments, and entertainment options just a short drive away. lf you don't want to drive more than 5-10 minutes, there are numerous options right on Trooper Rd (Walmart, Giant, Wawa, Starbucks, restaurants, etc.) Otherwise, The Lofts is right off the Trooper Rd exit of 422 which makes getting to King Of Prussia and other nearby communities a breeze. Still, the location. If you're the outdoorsy type, this is the community for you!! The river is right there... The park is right there... The river trail is right there. If you love being outside, there's nothing better than having all this nature around you. Next, the apartments. The apartments are spacious and well laid out, with private balconies in each unit. From what I can see, every unit has plenty of windows to let in the sunshine and offer amazing views of either the river or the park (a lucky few have views of both!) Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious - I've never felt like I was lacking in space here. Definitely one of best apartments I've lived in. Last - but certainly not least - the staff. Everyone at that works at The Lofts is friendly and really cares about the resident experience. The complex manager, Jill, is by far the best complex manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with and she sets the tone for the rest of the staff. This is the only place I've lived in where I really feel like the management staff is vested in getting to know the residents and is willing to go above and beyond to meet their residents needs. Overall, I consider The Lofts to be amazing and recommend that anyone moving to this area seriously consider calling The Lofts home - you won't be disappointed!
I moved here 3 years ago and have been completely happy with the staff and fellow residents;so many nice things to say, but know it's quiet and safe here as it sits down by the river unto itself. There are many dog owners here to socialize with outside for my little guy, and even a resident Dog walker who has helped me out numerous times;a great dividend! The management does things top notch across the board and are very flexible and open to communication should any needs arise, the quiet serene setting amazing, and the overall feel of my apartment is chic. Consider it if you're looking in this area;so many nice people live here

The King of Prussia/Norristown area stands as a perfect example of an edge city, a situation where the most prosperity and growth can be seen less in the urban center (in this case, Philadelphia) and more in the areas on its periphery. King of Prussia/Norristown lays claim to the largest shopping mall in the United States, King of Prussia Mall, as well as many of Montgomery County's largest employers.
The King of Prussia/Norristown region lies approximately 20 miles to the north and west of Philadelphia. The extensive development that this area has gone through since the 1960's has made it a perfect place for professionals seeking worthy employment prospects, without having to resort to living in the big city.
The King of Prussia/Norristown area has a racially diverse makeup consisting primarily of young, professional families. A wide variety of the existing businesses in the area cater to this demographic, with more migrating to the area each year.
