There is a 80 lbs. weight limit for all dogs. $150 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, $250 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet, $300 refundable deposit for two pets and $30 month pet rent is required. Dogs are not allowed in the midrise buildings.
