We love living here! Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful, from the maintenance people to the front desk ladies. We love living next to a walking trial and the apartment complex is always pretty quiet.

My wife and I have lived here for over a year and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time. The community is close knit and looks after each other! Morgan and London & the maintenance team are fantastic people who care about the things you need or need fixed. Which is not always the case at other places we have lived. Wayne Shelby and Alex are the best maintenance staff I’ve ever had living in an apartment complex they’re very friendly and quick with our request and all around the summer Brooke team make living here awesome!

Excellent service here! The property is very quiet but also very socially involved. Laundry facilities are always clean, parking is great & Customer service from the office staff is amazing. Location is Central Longview, City Center, off of one of the main walking trails & off the main drag Loop 281 - which is one of the main interests for myself and my partner. As someone that works at property management myself, this property is very well maintained. Thanks to all the staff Morgan, London, Alex, Shelby & Wayne!

The staff and maintenance team is awesome! Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I've had the pleasure of living next-door to Morgan the Property Manager and she was always so pleasant. Would take my packages inside her home if I was out of town on vacation and leave me an note to let me know, even when she did not have to do so.

We have live here at Summer Brook Apartments for 8 months now and we love it. Any issues with maintenance they deal with in a timely manner. Management and maintenance staff are all friendly. I love the games and interaction they have on Facebook. My only complaint would be they have to shut water off and work on it a lot but they do give plenty of warning and it’s usually only for a couple of hours.

If I could I would give this apartment 10 stars. I am a new resident here who has been so impressed by the professionalism of the staff - everyone from Lauren and Tamika in the leasing office, to Jamie the maintenance guy. When I first moved in, my AC went out. I called the emergency line, and within 30 minutes had two portable units installed and a new unit the next day. I have lived in many "upscale" and "overrated" apartments in Dallas and this by far has been my best experience. I really can't say enough good things!

You might want to check the actual apartment you are going to rent before you move in. I was promised flooring instead of carpet. Got carpet but am still being charged the up-charge for flooring. Also, some of the amenities in the listing above are not included (disposal and microwave). Property not well maintained. Trash stays in common areas for weeks and an apartment has had a door pried open and has been like that for weeks. Not sure how that bodes for safety with non-working entry gates. Access to Boorman trail is very nice...the path to the trail...not so nice. For the price, it seems there are much nicer apartments in Longview.
