Maplewood Apartments is nestled in the beautiful Green Mountain Neighborhood in Lakewood Colorado. Minutes away from the Green Mountain trail head, the Colorado Mills Mall, Denver Federal Center and Red Rocks Amphitheater, Maplewood Apartments offers many activities that you are sure to enjoy!

Originally built in 1972, this apartment community is undergoing major renovations to include new balconies on all second and third floor apartment homes, as well as new kitchens and plank flooring in dining rooms and bathrooms.

At Maplewood Apartments, our focus is our residents! Our renovations include energy efficient windows, doors and light fixtures as well as energy star appliances in the kitchen, new energy efficient water heaters and air-conditioning systems to keep our resident's energy costs affordable.

Our community building is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2009, in which we will offer many services such as a fitness center, a community space that can be rented out, a cyber café and a resource center and a community garden as well.
