The Plantation is an inviting oasis tucked away in the middle of town with mature landscaping and tranquil atmosphere. With attention to detail both inside and out, The Plantation is sure to be the perfect place for you to call home! We can customize your lease to meet your housing needs (3 month minimum).

The Plantation offers 1 and 2 bedroom garden apartments and 3 bedroom townhomes. The three spacious floor plans offer the size sure to meet anyone's needs!

Each floor plan offers walk-in closets, fireplaces, patios and/or balconies with outside storage, ceiling fans, chair railing, crown moulding, washer and dryer connections, and gourmet kitchens including self-cleaning ovens, garbage disposal, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators with ice makers.

For your convenience, The Plantation has a 24-hour laundry facility that is centrally located on the property. We also offer washer/dryer rentals.

The Plantation also offers a beautiful clubhouse that is available to all residents. Included in the clubhouse are a big screen TV, an awesome fireplace, and full kitchen area great for any party or gathering!
