Like a compass leading you home, Randolph Pointe will command attention as the Army's premier privatized apartment community for single or unaccompanied Senior NCOs and Officers (E6 and above). Opening in early 2009, Randolph Pointe will feature 312 spacious one and two-bedroom apartments conveniently located on main post near the North Post Commissary, PX and Class Six Store.

A salute and cover-free zone, Randolph Pointe will offer residents contemporary apartment amenities, including bedrooms with private bathrooms, individual HVAC controls, walk-in closets, a full-size kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, a roomy living room, modern appliances, a full-size washer and dryer, and an optional patio or balcony with exterior storage.

Like an off-post apartment, rent will be standard based on floorplan features, but unlike off-post, one rate will include all utilities, washer and dryer, extended cable, and high-speed Internet. At Randolph Pointe, soldiers will get more for their hard earned money and may pocket a portion of their BAH.

Adding enhanced value to the Randolph Pointe experience, residents will enjoy exclusive access to the wifi-wired Neighborhood Center and its numerous high-tech offerings, such as a video gaming room, a lounge with a big-screen TV, state-of-the-art weight-lifting equipment, a cardio room with personal TVs, a business center, a multi-purpose room with video conferencing technology, a sand volleyball court, and an outdoor swimming pool.
