Welcome to Riverwalk Apartments. This very special rental community is unique in many ways. The large 3-story brick building was constructed in 1906 to house the Grand Ledge Chair Company. The exterior has been painstakingly restored to its original prominence. Once inside Riverwalk, you'll notice that everything is completely new except for the old world charm, which has been carefully retained. Each apartment has exposed natural brick walls and high-beamed ceilings.

Almost every apartment has been custom designed and built. You will find an array of floorplan styles to satisfy your special needs with decorator touches to inspire your own creativity. Each apartment is fully equipped and reflects uncompromising standards of quality and detail. You will enjoy amenities such as frost-free refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, mini-blinds windows treatments and much more. Some select apartments have fireplaces, skylights, lofts, spiral staircases and ceiling fans.
