About Arthouse

Arthouse is located in the heart of Keller Town Center - a vibrant, commercial, municipal and retail district located on FM 1709 in the rapidly growing city of Keller, Texas.

Arthouse will contain a unique mix of residential, retail and commercial components that will further position Town Center as an urban neighborhood with outlets for business, upscale living and entertainment.

The community will contain 177 for-lease residences (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms) and approximately 30,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Ground was broken in the spring of 2006 and the development team of Southern Land Company, LLC and Looney Ricks Kiss Architects anticipates delivery of the first buildings in October of 2007.

Arthouse amenities will include urban pool with hot tub, reduced membership at Keller Pointe Fitness Center, landscaped courtyards with fountains, close access to walking trails, Wi-Fi in public areas, retail shops and private balconies, all near the businesses and conveniences of the Town Center and surrounding area.

Arthouse will add an important dimension to Keller Town Center through its residential space. While the community is already alive with activity, people who will soon call Arthouse home will bring a new and sustained energy to the location. Arthouse will have three four-story buildings providing both residential and retail space. Additionally, Southern Land and LRK have designed 16 separate structures that will constitute the Artist's Enclave section of the community. These loft-style units will be interspersed with green spaces; they will also tie into Bear Creek Walkway system - a trail system that winds through the natural landscape of Keller Town Center and serves as an outdoor art and sculpture museum.
