We offer 157 loft apartment homes that have been created from some of Detroit's most historic retail buildings built during the early 20th Century. This development is one of the few rental resident loft developments that have luxury finishes - including granite counter tops, Euro-style stainless steel appliances, Kohler plumbing fixtures...to name just a few. These are standard in our loft homes. The Kraemer Design Group, the project's architect, offers one-of-a-kind floorplans with each unit having unique configurations and dramatic open floorplans. Studio, one, two, and three bedroom models are available and range in size from approximately 600 to 2100 sq. ft.
