We are committed to providing you with the full spectrum of opportunities and amenities to enhance your pursuit of the perfect college experience.

The District on Luther is one of a handful of communities near campuses across the nation that utilizes a unique residence-life model designed to enhance the educational experience of university students. It's the community structure and programs that make the biggest difference in the quality of our student living.

Key to our program are our trained, on-site Community Assistants who connect one-on-one with residents to foster connections among those with common interests, build bridges to campus resources, and remain available when needed. Planned activities include pool parties with entertainment by local DJs and sand volleyball and basketball tournaments.

Not far from each suite is a fully-equipped fitness center, recreation areas, sand volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, a resort-style swimming pool, study rooms and computer facilities with complimentary printing, faxing & photocopying.
