As you arrive at this timeless community, you will be greeted by our resident family of ducks enjoying a variety of activities - swimming in the ponds, playing in the fountains or napping in the gazebo.

As you proceed up the stately driveway, you will see the centerpiece of our community - The Mansion. This historic building was the original home of Glendale Farm, one of the most important working farms in the Midwest in the '30's and '40's. The Mansion was the host to many lavish parties with such noteworthy guests as President and Mrs. Harry S. Truman, and many state and local dignitaries.

As you enter the Mansion, you will be greeted by one of our superbly trained staff, who will offer you a tour of the apartment homes and beautiful grounds.

In your spacious new home you will enjoy such features as designer color schemes, full-size washer/dryer connections, a frost-free refrigerator with an icemaker, a continuously cleaning oven, a patio or balcony, a private entrance and additional storage. Select apartment homes also feature fireplaces, ceiling fans, and vaulted ceilings.

During the long lazy summer days, we invite you to splash in one of the two sparkling swimming pools, or relax poolside and visit with neighbors and friends. If you're feeling energetic, you can enjoy a game of tennis, play racquetball or work out in our state of the art fitness facility. Finish the day with a long, calming soak in the Jacuzzi.

Spend an evening in the formal Rose Garden, which was designed for your pleasure. Unwind on one of the many benches or take a leisurely stroll along one of the paths, and enjoy the aroma filling the air as you admire the breathtaking view.
