Our on-site management team is available 7 days a week(except holidays)accepting package delivery, handling maintenance requests and helping you with all your resident needs.

OUR RENTAL POLICIES: Please review them prior to filling out the rental application form

1) EMPLOYMENT - You must show proof of current employment.

2)INCOME - We require the combined income of the renters in each unit will meet or exceed 3 times the amount of the rent.

3) CREDIT - Good credit is needed. We will refuse an applicant with history of late payments, defaults on financial obligation, bad debt collection, recent bankruptcy or eviction.

4) NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS - Occupancy is restricted to TWO (2) persons per bedroom.

5) Cats are allowed (max.2)with a pet deposit. No dogs.

6)A one year lease is required on all units.
