About The Hamilton

In the spring of 2006 on Main Street in Poughkeepsie, the first tenants moved into new homes at The Hamilton. The community of one, two and three bedroom homes had a long waiting list. Right now, apartments are available. We offer wonderful amenities for community living and convenience. Along with parking for residents and visitors, The Hamilton features on-site management, a community room, playground, central laundry facility, landscaped inner-courtyard with seating and a video intercom system for controlled access to the entrances.

The management office is located at 433 Main Street. Please don't hesitate to stop in, pick up an application or ask some questions. We are a tax credit property so verification of income, employment and assets as well as income guidelines are a part of our application process. Credit check and background checks are mandatory. Utilities are the sole responsibility of the tenant. Pets are not permitted.
