The Northtown Village community is located on the east side of University Avenue and north of I-694. Each building is a 3 story walk up with parking adjacent to each entrance. Garages are available and are located on the eastern perimeter of the community. Large capacity washers and dryers are available in each building. 24-hour emergency maintenance service is provided.

Desirable apartment features include classic floorplan designs, large closets and storage options, full kitchens and baths with a tub / shower combo.

Our outdoor pool is found in the center of our community. Surrounding the pool are many BBQ and picnic stations for grilling out. The sand filled children�s play area is at the south side of the community and features slides, swings and other fun things to climb on.

Dogs up to 80lbs are welcome!
