About 4th & Plum Apartments

The three buildings of 4th & Plum apartments were originally the Gibson Art Building, built in 1923 and the Cincinnati Gas, Light & Coke Buildings, built in 1870 and 1902. The property's unique architectural features have qualified it for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places. Each of the 193 apartments combines this historic heritage with contemporary features including individual climate control systems, fully equipped kitchens, and more. Other amenities tailored to fit today's lifestyles include our heated rooftop pool and recreational terrace, a state-of-the-art fitness center, on-site laundry and a variety of services available for our residents.

At 4th & Plum, each apartment is individually designed with a distinctive style unlike anything in the Cincinnati area. The variety of unique floorplans includes studios, lofts, platform bedrooms and rooftop townhouses--all surprisingly spacious and affordable.
