The Harmon Building was a nine-story furniture manufacturing facility originally built in 1909. Today, we have renovated the building to combine both commercial and residential space. The top four floors house 56 loft apartments. The fourth and fifth floors are garage parking. The third floor currently houses Coldwell Banker, a couple of Mortgage businesses, Scott, and a hair salon. The first floor is occupied by the Harmon Pub and Brewery, Abella Pizzeria, a and Great Northwest Popcorn. There is additional commercial space on both the second and third floors.

There are unique characteristics in each of the apartments, the doors and their hardware vary and different trim pieces have been used throughout the building. The areas above the bathrooms and closets have full plywood decking so you can use them as you please for storage etc. Many units have water views and all feature full size washer/dryers, Jacuzzi bathtubs, hardwood floors, kitchen islands with pot and pan racks. Top floor units have skylights.
