Our spacious two bedroom townhouses here at Holiday on the Bay have beautiful water views available from our scenic location on Barnegat Bay. We also have luxurious townhouses located off-water. With such a wonderful location, you are able to dock your boat and/or Jet Ski right behind your very own home. Each townhouse has its very own private patio and balcony where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy our amazing community. Some of our features include individually controlled thermostats, 24-hour on site emergency maintenance, and air conditioning. A full size washer and dryer are included in every unit. Each unit also comes with its very own storage shed located directly off of your patio. What more could you ask for? How about over 950 square feet of living space and not to mention?spacious closets! Holiday on the Bay has easy access to the Garden State Parkway, Routes 35 & 70, Ocean County College, Cattus Island County Park, several golf courses, shopping, and fine dining. Living at the Jersey Shore, we are a very short distance to many beautiful beaches and boardwalks. Our community also has assigned parking for our tenants and guest spots for visitors.
