Rich in history and architectural significance, this impressive cut-stone building originally opened in 1910 as a Tech High School and was remodeled to become Harrisburg's City Hall in 1928. The imposing facade was only rivaled by the dramatic interior, featuring an expansive main lobby with grand staircase offset by antique oak paneling, brass and marble accents, and a suspended cast plaster ceiling. When Historic Landmarks for Living transformed this grand old relic into a dazzling new apartment building in 1982, great care was taken to preserve the best details of the past and compliment them with contemporary amenities.
