We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes from 550 to 900 square feet. Each apartment has a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Our apartment homes also include; central heat and air, large windows, and wall to wall carpeting, vertical blinds, and 8 foot ceilings. The monthly rent includes water, sewer, and trash. With prices ranging from $415-$600 per month, these are incredible rates!

Our residents have exclusive access to our amenities which includes a convenient laundry facility, playgrounds, and a swimming pool. Services that we offer to our residents include 24-hour emergency maintenance, flexible leases and resident events planned and provided by our friendly staff. We also love animals and welcome two pets per apartment. We ask that you bring non-aggressive breeds only.

The Manhattan is close to Pellissippi Parkway, Illinois Avenue and Oak Ridge Turnpike. Some of the many stores in which we are within walking distance to are Kroger, Books-A-Million, Outback, Panera Bread, Starbucks, McDonalds, Belk, JC Penny, and Wal-mart.
