Our apartment community was voted "Best Resident Activities/Social Events by the board and members of the Chicagoland Apartment Association in October 2008 at the CAMME Award Ceremony. Over the course of 2009 we held the following events for all of our residents to enjoy; Monthly Movie Afternoon, Easter Egg Hunt, Tennis & Yoga Lessons, Kid's Club, Water Park Days, Adult Pool Party, Lincoln Park Zoo Bus Trip, Potluck Dinner, Casino Bus Trip, Museum Bus Trip, Family & Adult BINGO, Halloween Party, Kid's Club Mystery Hunt, and Meet Santa. Stop by our office and become part of the community where not only are the activities are FREE, but your HEAT, WATER, SEWER, GARBAGE, and RECYCLING are also included in your rent. We also have a fitness center, outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and three children’s playgrounds.
