First of all, shoutoul to Sholum! She was great of a help. I was stressinh out for the application, moving but they make it so smooth not only by giving me several options but by giving me a $1000 off move in costs when I was moving! Great deals all the time. Management also very friendly people! All women and yet very proud of them for managing such big community! Who run the world? Girls

Leasing office staff are extremely rude. They don’t care if tenants are comfortable or happy in the slightest. They take forever to respond and when they do it’s not helpful. The location is great but I hate it here cause the leasing staff suck. Would not recommend

Went and visited this place as it is a decent price but the manager was very condescending and I could tell I was being lied too so this is a hard pass. I also bumped into a resident while going back to my car and they were nice enough to tell me the truth to not move into this place as they were not going to renew based on lack of upkeep and the staff.

As a recent college graduate, Seasons on Chelsea was the PERFECT first apartment. The ladies in the office are so professional and fast during the initial move in process. I can tell the property is not perfect but definitely on the up and up! This place has a pool, gym, dog park, and park. Only 10 mins from downtown Cincinatti and is located in a really nice, quiet area. The only cons I notice is the public washers/dryers and all the non-refundable fees. Be sure you are 100% sure about this place before applying.

Please do not live here. This review goes beyond fees, rent, and management. There is a severe rodent, pest and mold issue here. Save your money and go somewhere safer/healthier to live at.

My apartment is great. It has a great view of the lake and a little turtle family I can watch. I love the dog park and the office made moving really easy!

The area is very nice, the community is excellent, and the maintenance staff does well for how overworked they are.

I have lived here many years and have had no real issues. Anytime something does come up management has always been great about fixing the issue. I honestly have been very happy living here!!

I’ve lived here for 10 years now. Been in the 1, 2, and now a 3 bedroom. Staff is nice. Maintenance is good. Property clean. I love the pool and the gym. Clubhouse is a great place to throw my kids a birthday party. Overall great experience

We just signed a new lease. After our first year I can say that we love our home at Seasons. We have had nothing but great experiences with the office.

Iv lived here for 10 years and I love were I live and I love the location close to everything and the maintenance here is quick at responding to work orders and very knowledgeable

I have lived at Seasons on Chelsea for 4 years and loved every minute of it. I just recently transferred to a 3 bedroom and cannot be more happier. Great place to call home!

I promise make this your last resort. They will lie about everytning. They show the model bc they know the apartment you’re going to move in to won’t look anything like it. Prepare for water shut offs, offic closers , lack of care and moving after one year is done. It’s like a prison sentence renting from here.

I have lived here less than a month and have already had an absolutely horrible experience. The model that was show to us was beautiful and up to date. They also reeled us in with the “amenities”. However, upon moving into our apartment I noticed that this was a classic bait and switch situation. The apartment we were shown is not even comparable to the one we were placed in. This apartment complex is the epitome of slapping lipstick on a pig. It looks great from the outside, but upon further inspection it is an absolute dump that is not well maintained. (1)

What a joke, run down, negligent repair staff. Moldy and dirty units, check your closets. Rude staff. Follow up from the owners is just pathetic. Could be weeks. Fire department has shut units down due to structural issues. Plenty of better places out there.. They even asked us to leave good reviews when everything was running great so it countered any negatives.. Well my first review was for a "gimme" not this one.. True is the best way to go!! When u read some of these reviews and you see "the maintenance crew has become my buddies" why is the place in that poor condition that you see them that often. Come on man!

I had so many issues when i lived here. Things were broken when i moved in and some were never fixed. My a.c. went out multiple times and i went without for 2 months I finally went and bought my own a.c. unit for the window. They constantly are wanting to come in your apartment, the staff are very rude and i had to get rid of my dog after paying the pet deposit and all monthly fees. I also got charged a fee for leaving a garbage can in the hallway When it wasnt even mine and shared space was dirty and the whole building smelled which i was blamed for and then months later was told it was another apartment . When i moved out i owed them well over $1000.

I haven't rented an apartment in 40 years. Moving from my home on a lovely one acre lot to Seasons has not been difficult as I thought it would be. The property is landscaped with Gorgeous Flowers and mature trees everywhere! I also enjoy seeing the deer, geese, ducks and all the squirrels while walking my two dogs. I feel quite safe and comfortable here. I appreciate everyone's hard work to maintain such a beautiful property. My work orders have been completed in a timely fashion by my new heroes, Will and David. Ashley and McKayla are phenomenal in the office and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I am a very happy tenant in my new home. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Seasons on Chelsea! Future tenants- disregard negative reviews and come see for yourself. I did exactly that and formed my own opinion which is quite positive!

This place reminds me how companies put “lipstick on a pig” Save yourself the trouble & find newer apartments with higher reviews. The negative reviews are similar to our experience. The sales staff will give you impression they are trained in customer service. They will make claims that work orders will be completed & then give you any excuse available for why completion takes a week or more. You’re going to pay same price as newer apartments & these have been built in 60s & 70s. Expect plumbing backups, water leaks or shut offs, insects like roaches & gnats.

This is my second time living here - the first as a teen and now since 2017. The staff is so great -- very professional, kind and quick to ensure we are taken care of. The maintenance crew have become buddies of mine. I love giving Will a hard time every time I see him. He and his crew work very hard to keep this big place moving at it's best while being sweet and professional. When there is an issue, we call and have a response either right away or within 24 hours. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and the nicest I have lived. Come be my neighbor!

Terrible experience with office when lodging complaints- maintenance work is the worst- regret living here- water was off for hours last week without fair notice (happens frequently)- dog poop & geese/duck poop all over the place- dumpsters always full by midweek- it might be OK if it was cheap to live here but it's not

I've lived here for about 10 months now and I love it here. I've rarely had any problems with anything, and when I have they've been spot on to fix it. I wish they gave you an option to opt out of the trash pickup because I don't use the service. I live in a generally quiet building with considerate neighbors. I wish they cleaned the hallway more, but I understand they have a lot of apartments to care for and get very busy in dealing with the property. I would definitely recommend this place. The front office ladies have been nice and considerate to me. There's always room to improve anything in life.

they showed me a lovely model up front. however they put me in an apartment way in the back, which was a dump. the place had a horrible mold patch work in bathroom dead bugs on the floor, patio had never been cleaned a reeked of mold and mildew. never moved anything in yet owe 3k for an apartment I clearly never moved in and had keys for less than a week. they prey on those who need a place...was relocated for work. beware... you've been warned.

Management is increasing rent to resign lease but not providing better service or doing any improvements. The company is just interested collecting rent & outrageous fees. They do not put any type of time or effort into resident satisfaction.

If I could, the rating would be zero star. I feel like the maintenance could be better if management would provide the money. It’s obvious they do not invest money to repair correctly the first time, but they have no problem charging top dollar for rent & charging late fees or valet trash fees to increase their profits.

This company will make repairs at the cheapest cost but continue to raise rents like it’s a five star apartment complex. Don’t waste your money by signing a lease at Seasons on Chelsea.

One problem after another from shower & closet doors falling off track, to foul smell in home from chain smoking neighbors, leaks from holes in roofs & roaches from dirty neighbors & trash in hallway. Do not pay market rent here. You can find better quality for same price in same school district/zip code.

DO NOT waste your money here. Worst place ever and I’ve lived in a few different apartments. The women in the office are very unprofessional and rude. My boyfriend and I have had so many issues with our tub faucet breaking, bugs, bugs and more bugs, our floor was flooding for 3 weeks before someone even came to fix it and our dishwasher was broke for 2 months before we got a new one. Definitely would not recommend.

not a good place to live ,dirty buildings not well maintained garbage everywhere , the first few buildings are nice and well maintained , get past them and really take a look and pay attention because its gross and nasty , cockroaches pipes bursting air conditioners breaking and window units are given as a solution until hvac can come and that could take up to to 5 or 6 days

They really need to treat their residents like people and stop trying to nickle and dime them for everything. When we moved in, everything was great. But then Monarch took over and it quickly went downhill. The office staff are completely unhelpful and will simply claim everything is "corporate policy" so they don't have to own up to the fact that they are trying to gouge their residents. They didn't tell us that our utility and pet rent was being raised until after it was too late for us to give our notice to move out and find somewhere else to live, despite the fact that we asked about what the changes would be if we renewed. Additionally, repairs are often half done at best. The lock to our mailbox broke and their way of fixing it was to use a large screw through the lock to keep it in place. However, the screw juts out about an inch into our mailbox.

This was the best place I ever lived but when a new Company bought it it all changed. Now I am pretty sure you have to have a felony to rent an apartment through seasons on Chelsea.They only painted the Front of the apartments they could have at least painted the sides as well. I force you to pay a $25 fee each month for a valet trash service. There are dumpsters close to every apartment and this is a very needed expense for the tenets. The office staff is nothing but rude. Amanda is a disaster... they let go the one person that was at least a little easier to deal with. I think Maria was her name. Not to mention all of the trash he broke down cars taking up all of the parking spots.

This place is a joke infested with ants and BED BUGS!!! gross!! Then the argued that they have cement flooring so it they can't possibly travel! So I had to pay for everything myself because they could not be bothered with it. Also drugs everywhere had someone try to sell me them once.. on top of that my A/C went out and it took over a month for it to be fixed. Now they are kicking me out because I "complained" too much about it.. I believe that's illegal to do since I am pregnant.. but oh well I don't want to live it a disgusting place like this anyways. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY!

Yes I wish it had a few more things but I love it here and most of the staff Is very nice and helpful. They would have to do something crazy for me to move love it here!!!!!

Seasons on Chelsea is a great location and I love the building but I've had several problems with the maintenance of this building. Our shower continues to switch temperatures on the drop of a dime and we've been complaining for months now. Still no fixed shower
